We have a combination offshore/onshore model where we deliver approximately 80% of our development services from our offshore development centers. 20% of the work that we do is delivered from our North American locations, primarily in the Toronto area. We have a local Rails developer that supervises our offshore projects, and would like to augment both teams. As mentioned above, we have Rails developers located around the world so if you are an offshore resource not presently located in Canada we are interested in working with you.
